I dehydrated tomatoes for the first time last year and when I used them for cooking, I couldn't believe how good they were. I'll be doing a lot more this year.

How do you dehydrate them?

I have a dehydrator - I just slice the tomato thin put them on the racks and in a few hours you have dehydrated tomatoes. I stored mine in canning jars and put them in my pantry. Super easy!
