4 Single Gloves

With this cold spell i have been looking for my old gloves. I found 4 all different all right handed. Whats going on with my left hand and gloves ?

Are you left handed? My hubby usually losses the right hand glove because he takes it off to do something and lays it down to never be seen again!

No right handed kind of like sock pairs, both go into wash at same time only 1 comes out

My house is full of one handed pairs. I rarely throw them out hoping for the other to turn up-same with socks.

That's why I buy the cheapy gloves that don't have a right or left hand, so are interchangeable. You know those little fuzzy gloves that look like they fit a little kid but stretch to fit any hand? We have scads of those in every pocket of every coat...good for quick jobs outside, though not great for sustained work in the subzero cold, they come in real handy and only cost a few bucks for a 2 pk. They can even be layered up, they stretch so well.

When we lose one of a set of the better gloves, we place it in a basket in the foyer and it can still be used along with other single gloves to be found there when needed. We don't need them to match around here.

I think everyone has that problem, I have three different gloves out on workbench in shop without mates. Keeping them in hopes of finding the matching glove. I do know one way to find the other glove. Take the ones you have and throw in garbage, you will find the matching gloves soon as the garbage truck is out of sight lol.

Gloves and socks~ make a break for it when they have a chance~ yes~ they escape~ they can operate on their own~ like they do when we're wearing them``` It's how we treat them~ if a sock gets a hole~ I throw it in the stove~ when they feel a hole coming on~ it's AWOL```

That is exactly how we find things here. Or go buy a replacement

When Skiing~ find single gloves under Gunbarral Chair~ people scratch their nose or look at their watch and there goes a glove~ not everyone can ski Gunbarrel to get their glove```
