A henless garden, 2019

Sorry bay, been helping my Mom move out of her house.

I like it raw. I just pluck it off the vine & eat it or put it in a salad. You can stir fry, steam and add to soups/stews like any green, but I've never done that yet.
 
I planted my elephant garlic and the corms I saved from this years harvest today. Also planted some turnips, kale and purple sprouting broccoli. I should have gotten it all in last week, but was too busy helping Mom.

I got some canning done yesterday. Put up 4 qts of green beans and 10 qts of lima beans.
