Everyone's gardens make mine look so messy. Beautiful! I actually planted a Knockout rose under my kids bedroom window to keep them from climbing out. Of course it was only to the back yard. They were too young to be thinking about anything else at the time.
Thank you! And because of the kind words, looking back towards that plum tree from those silly, straggly eggplants at the cucumber plants (which have yielded a very early and surprising 6 cukes, so far) and the zucchini beyond.
Here are the peppers but I'll only show the Thai pepper end because, as usual, the little guys are doing the best! I think it's their closeness to the protection of the Earth.
Once again, scraggly basil beyond the peppers, then a bed of onions.

I spread out the teepees for the Cascade Giant and King's Banquet pole beans this year and set some late cabbage beneath them .
There are bush beans out there beyond them, and, quite a few other things. From about 5' past the sprinkler pipe and then 200' to the west, there is the 30'+ wide garden extension. At the very end are the tomatoes and melons. The melons are looking real good these days, obviously liking the hot, hot weather. I'll try to get a picture of how those vines are covering the gravel, soon.
