Oh Runner, I am sooooo touched! I work hard at it though!

Yesterday I went shoe shopping with my husband. I was bored stiff at an all mens shoe store. As we were walking away I just had to walk back and tell the saleswomen that she had a very pleasing personality. She was not pushy selling those expensive shoes to make a commision.

I limit myself to 2 drinks usually red wine and I try to remember to drink the equivilant of water.
