I missed this thread as well! What a great sis you have thistle. Sisters are wonderful to have - I know - I have 5 of them and they are all special to me. I'm so glad she is doing well. :)

My one regret is the distance between us, we only get to be together once a year at the most.

So glad to hear she is doing well! I'm sure her positive attitude has had a big part in her recovery. I read a story in American Profile awhile back about a fellow who made it a weekly thing to bring lattes to the other people in chemo while his father was in there and even after. What a blessed thing to think of someone else when you are also hurting...a good example for us all to consider.
