I'm trying to think how to make a jack o'lantern with braces :D!

The wire is easy but what about those metal, ummm, braces?

You know, little kids want to be teenagers and wear braces. At least, my daughter did. Then, she really did need braces, and a retainer, and wore them for years!! She wasn't too happy about braces then! Braces are important to kids, you see.

Usually, when TEG webpage comes up on my monitor, I just click "Recent Posts."

I've been trying to scroll down and look at who is online instead. Smiles was on yesterday or the day before, I remember.

It was a pleasure to see 4grandbabies back with us this week. I've been wondering about the1honeycomb. Her last post was back in September. ChickiesMoma is going to have to go knock on Pam's (momofdrew) door. I know that Greenthumb18 is trying to get moved on to a NC garden. Some folks see the garden season come to an end and think that they don't have anything left to talk about --- I know that feeling . Usually, I can think of something like "what am I gonna do with all of these pumpkins!" Or, "I tried to change a washer in the sink today." Shoot.

We don't all have a lot going on. I can't believe how busy I was right into October! I can hardly believe how busy I am NOT, in November. I feel retired again. More than a little tired & retired.

I hope all of us like to gather here for a smile and the conversations, even if we are kind of quiet about it.

Steve

I did p.m. Smiles a month or so ago, he did finally write back. Unfortunately he is still dealing with his illness. Mentioned he stops by to check on us all now and then. But is unable to look at P.C. screen very long without feeling sick to his stomach. He kept the note short as he was afraid he was going to get sick on me! He seems to have kept his humor and is trying very hard to get well and back to his garden. He said he came too close to losing his fight twice last summer. :( So, everyone. Double up on the PRAYERS He sure could us them.... a Smile for smiles, too.
