Winter is finally gone,
Spending more time outside,
Spring bulbs are sending shoots through soil,
my birds are starting to nest,
the days are getting more beautiful,
i'm delighted by bird songs in the morning(including my birds that i can hear),
Planting Season is hear,
Worms are making their way to the Topsoil,
Life is more enjoyable,
Can go outside without a jacket or coat,

Spring is just a great season its my favorite time of the year (forget about christmas)
Its amazing to think how many things can occur with a season like Spring.

I saw a butterfly yesterday.
The redbud trees are blooming.
Someone is building a nest in the birdhouse...it's probably done by now...I haven't bothered her to go and look. I think its a nuthatch.
The pine pollen is turning everything yellow....sighhhhh, that part I could live without.

Now we've got crocuses and robins in the yard, and the maple trees are budding--just finished up my maple syrup boiling today. I got 2 gallons + 1 cup from five taps over three weeks.

It's time to make another batch of soap, this batch to be used for spring cleaning.
Planted some early potatoes today: All Blue, Cranberry Red, Russian Banana Fingerling, the boring kind from the store that sprouted in the pantry.
About half of my over-wintered onions survived! Hooray! Garlic is starting to leaf out.
Ants are coming in the house.
DH says, his first sign of spring is me nagging at him to do some yard work...
