All foreign tv and movies on tv are subtitled which gave such a good start.

The other night I was running through the choices on TV and stopped on a movie on one of the Spanish channels. I was watching German soldiers speaking German but showing English subtitles in the movie - and dubbed Spanish. I thought that if I could just pay close enough attention, I could learn TWO languages at once!
