Well, we bought some, 1500 they say is in each container. We opened the cup in the greenhouse, in the cool of the evening. If daughter comes in, I'll have her send a picture and I'll post it.

They went every where, yesterday I saw one in the greenhouse, that's all. Wifey says: maybe they're hiding, under the plants, because of the heat of the day.
Maybe, but I'd like to see more of them.

I'm not impressed with my ladybugs.

So far I have released 3 batches (4500) on my aphid riddled apple tree and you can't see a single one on it. No eggs. no larvae. No pupae.

You would think that having such a rich source of food so handy at least 2 or 3 could have hung out for me.

Noooo, they are probably all heroically saving some weed from aphid destruction. Thanks a lot ladybugs!

I have heard that clipping one wing will keep something from flying. Ripping off wings IS too cruel for TEG. Now SuperGlue shouldn't cause any harm. Never hurt my fingers when I glued them. "Super Glue, a little dab 'll do ya-a-a-a; keeps lady bugs from flying through the air."

Poor little lady bugs.....ripping off wings, glueing their wings. All they want is FREEDOM! I say liberate them. Freedom for ALL. STOP THE TYRANNY!
