I like the below because Nyboy was full of life, laughter, love and was gay. The colors represent the rainbow, all that was good about Alex.

I like both of these, maybe like the floral letter A better.

Very specific emojis are just fine to honor Alex and would be used early on, but what happens to it's use as some time for a mourning period goes by especially when a whole new bunch of new members come on line?

Well, many of us oldsters have been here since the forum began and it's likely we'll still remember Alex long after the mourning time has passed...could be we'll have a good time remembering him as we explain to newbies about why we have that emoji.

No harm in having an emoji live on in memory of a great member. I'm still getting on here each day, looking for his latest new post, and it's such a let down to realize that we've lost that opportunity. I'm guessing we will feel like that for quite some time...he was a major contributor to the posts here and holds the highest number for now.
