Any ideas on this mushroom?

I've heard them called several other names....

I've seen multiple different kinds of stinkhorns (there's many of them - are all inedible?) growing, some look like they came from some sci-fi movie. I've mostly found them in rotting tree bark/wood - mostly pine I think.
