I see dogs driving all the time, so why not a baby? Nothing distracting about a jumpy fur ball in one's lap while one is driving....couldn't possibly cause an accident, could it?

Here folks do it all the time and not just with little dogs...I've seen even huge dogs leaning out the window across the driver's lap. How in the world do they drive like that?
