Wellp, aching backs are caused by so many things that an overall remedy is not out there.
But there are some basic things.
Main thing is to remember that there is a major epidemic of a thing called "orbits" going around. Orbits has been going around since long before my time even. That big round yellow bright thing up in the sky! Every time you go around it you get another "orbit".
In 1990 I found out that folks my age were not supposed to suddenly turn their head as fast as teenagers. Had to take Feldene for a couple weeks and do stretches.
I discovered then that orbits is a real thing. A person really needs to do work appropriate to the number of orbits they have attained.
Whales, Elephants, and Humans have similar lifespans. Scientists have researched this. Why would evolution let animals live longer than their ability to procreate, (not just a little longer, but twice as long), if procreation is what natural selection is all about?
Wellp, turns out that for Whales, Elephants, and Humans, population groups with old and experienced individuals doing the leading thrived much better on average. An Elephant herd in a drought depends on that oldest individual to know where the emergency water sources are. The pod of Whales follow their oldest individual to water with the right temperature.
Humans have learned to get older than regular evolution by itself designed. If humans lived in the wild, 65 or 70 orbits would be basically the oldest we'd get.
So now with modern dentists doing root canals, (mostly for the wealthy), and all kinds of cholesterol reducing diets, we live a lot longer.
Thing is, used to be that 32 was middle aged, 15 was time to move out, and if you had grandparents still alive at 20 you were lucky.
So, what we really need to do is remember to slow down, let the youngsters do the physical stuff, and as older folks, we need to be the ones who...
lead the rest of the herd to the good waters
