She’ll be two weeks old tomorrow and as of last night is one ounce above her birthweight. Sadly she is still very small and they have a few tests the want to do before she can come home. Best case scenario she comes home in 2-3 weeks worst case is mid August

it took me quite some time, i was 2lbs6oz and had bronchitis and pneumonia and got below 2lbs before i finally got better. back then they had incubators, but they didn't have much else. they kept my cart by the nurses station because i had a habit of stopping breathing and they'd kick it or rattle it as they walked by.

i hope the tests all come out ok...
