Oh No... knowing you I am sure you felt awful.I am not the handy type, ths is something that I wouldn't even try. By hiring a company if something goes wrong , they will have to correct. I once built a bridge over the stream in my backyard, friend spent 2 days in hospital when it collapsed with her on it.

You have great insurance. Keep it!I sure did feel bad, she landed on a branch under water. Deep puncture in stagnant water, she was on IV antibiotics. Good news was my homeowners insurance covered her days out of work and co pay for hospital bill.
