Theoretically the type of coccidiosis found in chickens will not be transmitted to rabbits but parasites have a nasty habit of "learning" to live in new hosts.
The usual rule is the rabbit cages go above the chickens and take precautions that chickens can't get to the top of the rabbit cages. Coccidiosis is spread by consuming the poop so you have to be sure no chicken poop ever gets into the rabbit cages,

To be clear I've never heard of this actually happening, just that it is possible for what that is worth. Like hoodat said it's not supposed to be able to "jump" species, but given the right circumstances it can. I don't think you have any thing to worry about with your dogs and honestly very little to worry about with rabbits.
