This little guy has decided to take up residence in our yard, and he can stay just as long as he behaves himself. ;)

U r better man than me. He'd be digging holes in foundation of sheds. Eating shrubs, so he would be given permanent home.

He is far from the house and garden and so far he has not bothered us. My wife like to watch him, so as long as he behaves he is safe.

They are cute! Cute until you lose a grandchild in their hole, the concrete in the shed buckles and cracks falling into the maze of tunnels under the floor, each and every cole seedling has one bite out of it -- the first 4 leaves down to the stem.

Nope, I don't even like watching them February 2, but watching them in the yard is a definite NO-NO! Besides, gardening with animals makes woodchuck stew part of the norm.

Ah yes, quite adorable...unless it has a den within a couple of acres, and you don't like gardens. or shrubs. or the understory of the woods. There are many reasons why they are an 'unprotected animal'.

I've had the 'pleasure' of seeing how they behave... 3 times... my trap would already be set.
