Up at 3 a.m.! Bright eyed and bushy tailed, too? I know you are spending money fast, too fast. But maybe you need a new tire. It doesn't sound like the plugs are holding air long enough. Ugh. Always something.

I trade at Discount Tire, they have a credit card. Certain amount of purchase, so many months interest free. Going to buy two new tires, pay them off, then two more.
Money is popular. 💲💲💲💲💲
Truck needs new tires. Got new tires on stock trailer last year.

Got those huge hogs loaded this morning. It took awhile one went in, so we shut middle gate. The barrow was being obstinate, boiled egg’s didn’t tempt him. I told them not to feed the hogs the day before, but they fed them yesterday morning. Thought we were going to have to leave him. I got some feed, gave it to my friend and told him to put it under the middle gate for the female to eat. THAT did it! The barrow couldn’t stand her getting feed and him not, and he finally went in the trailer. SLAM! Gate closed!

When I got home, I put Sentry in the house, Carson in the house, Sheba and Buford in the front yard. Then I took a long nap.

Now I need to go water the sheep and drop the trailer.

Oh Boy. That is a lot of tires. It probably seems like everything has just gotten new ones when somethings else needs them.

Got a flatbed trailer too. Tires are good! Just got it back an hour ago, has new wood floor now. Trailers should be good for awhile. Stock trailer tires that were replaced last year, were 7 years old. I think I got my money’s worth out of them!

I did my good deed of the day. We got one hog loaded, but the barrow was obstinate. The boiled eggs didn’t work, he wasn’t hungry. Grapes didn’t work, he was more interested in rooting up the Bahia. Finally got some feed and he went in for that. After unloading the hogs, I stopped at a car wash to clean the trailer. Got home, let Sentry in, let Carson in, moved Sheba and Buford to front yard. Fixed myself a coke float and took a long nap.

There are ways to get things done….. For hogs this size, just gotta find what motivates them. I was glad to help this couple, they were clueless on what to do with them. No truck, no trailer and big hogs don’t ride well in the back seat-they refuse to wear seat belts!
