Did you stuff and fry some squash flowers yet ?

No, what do you stuff them with? Guess I'll Google stuffed squash.

We took some squash and eggs to town yesterday and made a few stops. 4 squash for $2 and a dozen eggs for $4 we sold what we had and made $20 LOL

My mom stuffed them with ricotta cheese. If I remember right Vfem stuffed hers with chop meat. there is a old thread here on it.

I found a few recipes, one is baked squash blossoms. I will have to try these!
