Nope, I can't plant till the end of February and it gets so hot so fast, then they die. I just want a head start, that's all. Maybe next year I'll start some in the ground and plant inside, just to see what they do.Just curious Bay, won't they germinate in the ground? Is it a pea-baby eating insect problem?
They sure are cute!
O.K. check for the P.M.Might oughta refresh your address for me too!
I planted 25 New Yorker tomato seeds today, 15 Larissa's Russian Beauty tomato seeds, 15 Pink Striped tomato seeds and 10 Armenian Sweet Pepper seeds. The last two are from @valley ranch and I am excited to grow them. @catjac1975 sent me the Larissa's Russian Beauty, can't wait to pick one!
@Nyboy, since you started this New Yorker tomato contest, what are the rules? Total pounds? do I need to plant ALL the seeds? Or pounds per plant? Prettiest tomato? Ugliest tomato? How many tomatoes per plant?
