Be careful as it is a 'thug' & will self seed as well as sending out roots ----EeeeeeK!!!!!!! It has taken over my front lawn....!!!
The good news is that apparently you can cook & eat the roots & use the young shoots in salad -- an incentive to me to dig the damned stuff out.......just to try a new taste ........Hmmmmm!
