Attractive To Bees
Look at that sincere, proud smile. How wonderful!
I am sure she will love them if they have lots of butter on them. Of course, she loves everything with butter on it.lesa said:She just keeps growing more adorable!! Did she enjoy eating them? My nephew wanted me to know that "he was a farmer too", since he had planted a pole bean! Can't wait to hear how his harvest turned out....
I knew early on that she had the gardening gene. It passed over my son, but when Ava was only a few months old I brought her into my growing room and she lit up like a Christmas tree. She was smiling, reaching out and touching plants, and had a fit when we went back upstairs. I have no idea of where it comes from, as no one in my family gardened before me. Also, we are both lefties, but I doubt that has anything to do with it.Southern Gardener said:Yay Ava! She is a beautiful little gardener! :rainbow-sun
I don't have any children, but plenty of nieces and nephews. None of them have the gardening gene and I find that so sad.
I don't know about greatness, I think people tend to develop talents in what really interests them. I taught my son photography when he was Ava's age, and now he is a much better photographer than I ever was. He has had many photos published in magazines, and has sold photos to ad agencies for commercial use. That said, he could care less about gardening, but thinks Ava's interest is awesome. He is teaching her photography now, so we will see where she goes with that.so lucky said:Sometimes greatness skips a generation.
