I didn't used to be a water drinker. Till I ended up with a kidney stone. Now, I drink up to 75oz water daily...more in the summer.

I really have to find a way to drink more water.

The flavor of the water here has never had appeal. Maybe I just need a lemon peel ... Mint sprig, Ginger & Cucumber slice.

Now that I'm not drinking coffee with breakfast ... oh boy, I need lifestyle improvements!

I'm a big water drinker, right now I need to find a way to drink less coffee. A winter time habit that has stuck.

Another thing that I do is to fill a pretty glass jug with small watermelong wedges and mint. Tastes good, looks good especially for parties.

I really enjoy unflavored seltzer. Really just carbonated water. Seems more refreshing than tap water? All in mind, I am sure!

This is what I found back in 2013. A 24 oz cup with straw and lid.
Cool Gear Chiller, at the local walmart. I can keep track of how much I drink now, by how many time I fill it up during the day. The taste of the water gets better as you drink more of it.
I started out with flavored water..but just using ice water with the well water works good for me now.

best water.. right out of our well , drink the heck out if it. down at work wont touch the city water always have a case of bottled water in the fridge in my office.
@Nyboy if you need to flatten your stomach,<still trying to slim down from the martha stewart's x-mas party> come on down for a month and stack truck tires with me.
it will get you back in shape .......
