Glad you liked it! I had to quit taking them to church suppers because I was getting requests for pie all the time. LOL (Not much time to make pies anymore with a toddler running around.)

So,I'm at work last night, talking to someone about putting up jams and jellies. Another person walks up and asks abouts them. I tell her, yes I have blackberry jelly, apple jelly, blueberry jam and strawberry jam. Then she says "I'll take four of each, I'll give you 50.00." Should I do it?

Ok, just sat down and did some figuring. If I were to charge 3.00 per jar, the total cost of what she wants would be 48.00. That's 16 jars. So she's offering me 2.00 more. Also if I do this, that will only leave me 3 jars of blackberry. Someone else wants one of them, I'll need one for the fair, and I wanted to give one to my son. Which leaves zero for me. True, I don't NEED it, but after all that work, picking, getting bit by bugs, risking snake bite, not to mention sweat, I'd like to have some!

Look online. Home made jams and jellies sell for 5-8 per half pint. $50 divided by 16 = $3.125 and you don't mention if yours are half pints or pints. Cost of sugar, jar, lid, ring, your labor and even if you grew the fruit, what does it sell for? You can't get stupid on pricing, but I think I would counter offer. On the other hand, if that $50 would go for something important to you..... the choice is yours.

Yeah, I'd be hard pressed to part with them unless I had plenty to spare. Especially wild blackberry for the reasons you've already stated. That's awesome though, you could be in business next year! I'd do some figuring and look around to see what similar products are going for locally and at the farmer's market. $50 doesn't sound like quite enough for 16 jars to me, unless maybe they're half-pint. I can buy store-brand jams for about that price. Homemade jams are on a whole other level. We have a TEG member (not on much anymore) who sells hers on Etsy.

Mine are 1/2 pints. And it's wild blackberry. The blueberry, apple and strawberry is all homegrown. That's why I have more of them.

Don't do it! Price is way to low. Don't undersell yourself. Your jams are homemade which took a lot of work and your produce is top quality. I would especially keep some for myself. Are you sure you understood the number of jars they wanted. I would sell them for $6 and limit the number of jars.
