Birthday? Did I miss something?

After weeks without any real moisture,

after days and days of not warming above freezing,

it snowed a little here for Carol Dee's Birthday. Now, we are supposed to have warming temperatures and some real rain. I think everyone is okay with that. You see how that Carol Dee is?!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY Carol dee !!! It just so happens that today is our #2 grandson's 8th birthday. Opa ( his other grandfather ) is flying him. his little sister, his mom, and dad ( our son) ... all expenses paid trip at Disneyland for this weekend. How is that for high- jacking ?

I honestly haven't been checking birthdays for quite a while. I figured Carol was taking care of it. For some reason -- a God breeze, perhaps? -- I was inclined to check the membership pages. I am so happy I got there in time to celebrate your special day, Carol Dee!

It would have been a shame if such a warm and sweet member's birthday went unrecognized by all those of us who love her.

December is a big Birthday month around here. Myself, MIL, 2 grandsons and a WHOLE lot of friends!
