Bought a Pear tree, help with pruning and care!

A Bartlett is self-pollinizing but will bear better of a different variety is planted nearby. Any European type pear will do except Seckel. Do not use Seckel to pollinate Bartlett.

Comice
D'Anjou
Flordahome
Keiffer
Leconte
Luscious
Moonglow
Pineapple
Warren

Now to find out what those are and which we can find...

I have an asian pineapple and D'ANJOU, they do well together. Except one huge issue, pears in the US are prone to get Fire blight. So spray that tree dormantly regularly...fire blight isn't curable.
