I agree with the fact that it's AWESOME to spend so little on so much even if it is more work. For our family we have plenty of time, and money is something we strive to save as much as possible. Not to mention how wonderful it is to be out there working the land with your hands and knowing when you bite into those delicious veggies and/or fruits, that you worked hard and put your love into them and know exactly what was and wasn't put into them. Not to mention they taste WAY better!
