Here's what my Olive Bread looked like:

Well I made the olive bread but I think I added to many olives. It was extremely wet after eighteen hours, so I added more flour and baked it anyway.

I didn't get the shape I wanted but it was still good. Next time I'll add fewer olives and rinse them in water after clopping them, then do a better job of patting dry. Be aware if not patted dry enough the olives retain a lot of salt.

Hi kinjinnm,

The dough is actually suppose to be a little wet, but adding a little flour won't hurt if its too sticky. I don't even rinse the olives, the saltiness from the olives is what flavors the bread, I wouldn't rinse them next time.
