Well, I got the phone call I've been waiting on!! The lady handling our file and I have gotten to be on friendly terms, plus instead of venting my frustrations and yelling at her, I crack jokes and make fun of the situation. I answered my phone and she said, "Hey BFF! it's done and the paper work is at the title office!"

Looks like we will be closing on Tuesday!
