Since they're only 10 inches long, I doubt they'd work for a wattle fence, which is too bad :( They'd be great! You could make very nice place mats from them...glue them on to a cheap plastic mat for flexibility.

Not neccesarily a Wattle FENCE, but low edging around a flower bed. Was what I had in mind.

I read somewhere that you can hollow them out and bundle a bunch together and hang out for certain species of bees. Thought about trying that this season. :)
