Can I delay the bloom time of spring bulbs?

I think if bulbs are planted to deep they dont flower.

Once you have the bulbs planted and the ground frozen, then you want to mulch heavily to keep the ground frozen as long as needed. A covering of white cloth (such as 'Remay') would further keep the mulch from thawing.
