How long did it take you to tell what I'm promoting? Any suggestions to make it more clear?

I'm using google adwords, wanting to know if those that see my website get it quickly enough. If they don't, I'm wasting my time and money. I have been told in the past, its unclear what my website is about. As a single product company, it's very important I get the message out clear and quickly.
