i have that variety too! its in a different bed though. the chickens mutilated that one so i have a million of its rootings that i rescued. coleus is probably one of my favorite plants.

i usually take a few cuttings before they get killed in the winter and root them over the winter in water. i may try to rig a little greenhouse for them this year.

Simple greenhouse or even mini hot house, used sliding glass doors!
They are every were here for next to nothing! That is the price I set out for, zip!

good idea. i think i have some of those stored in the barn. i am descended from a long line of pack rats.
