We are FINALLY getting some sunshine. Maybe now all my plats will finally start sprouting. I actually dug around in the ground yesterday because I thought my corn seeds had gotten eaten by the local doves. Turns out the seeds are plump and do have a tiny root. They are just waiting for the sun to shine before making an appearance.

I stopped by our local farmers market yesterday and decided to buy some jalapeno pepper plants, I'm going to try planting a couple plants by my Cherokee purples and see if gives them a little bit of a bite. Have any of you ever tried that before and let me know if it works.. :)
