Chicken Eggs...To Clean or Not To Clean

I hate to imagine how old the "farm fresh" eggs are that the grocery store offers!! I'm guessing a month old egg from the backyard is about equal to a week old egg bought at the store. The real test is to try and peel a hard boiled egg. Good luck with a fresh one!!

Yup.. I'd rather not guess either how old store eggs might be.. I am enjoying the lack of need to buy eggs though!
