Mary runs a daycare? Parents of a former toddler? Mary doesn't sound like the type of person to make a former of her real parents.

Red, I don't think Mary would give her parents the boot, but my twisted humor just had to pick at her.

Haha Bay, the little girl moved on to Kindergarten. Obviously if they still invite me to their house and I to our cabin, that we had more than a business relation. This only happens with a few of my parents.

Smart Red, there have been 3 occasions where I gave my parents the boot. One, where checks kept getting bounced and after I put her on a cash only basis, she kept "forgetting" to go to the ATM. Another time where the mom was so high maintenance and she wanted me to give ALL my attention to only her child. I suggested she get a nanny. The third time, the child never adjusted and cried all day even after a month of being here.
