Mary, I have no doubt at all that her horses live in that barn year round.
I once went stallion shopping with a friend to look at potential breedings for her Arabian mares. Some of the barns were very similar to Marthas, and you'll like this - they had crystal chandeliers in the main alley way of one.

Wow chandeliers, they have good taste just like me! Haha.

Bay, no eating with horses in stalls or barns for this city girl. But maybe Martha's may be ok. I just worry about cleanliness and smelling something while I eat. :sick

@Nyboy it was a lucky guess. I saw the harnesses so I knew she had draft horses, but she also had saddles so knew they had to be comfortable to ride. Friesians fit that roll, but as do Morgans and a number of other breeds.

Plus she has Chows so it's not a stretch of the imagination to think she'd have Friesians.

I'm a fan of draft horses and always enjoy watching a watching a well matched team work.

& @ninnymary just think of it as "building a healthy immune system! ;)

Yes Mary horses where in the barn. Big black beautfull horses, each one had his name engraved on door stall. Martha is BIG animal lover.
Could you smell them?

Hey, I just thought about it, I could go to Martha's to smell a horse!
