Windstorm blowing through ...
Initially, no problem with daylight saving time sleep hours. Finished my bowl of Kashi, Corn Flakes, Raisins and Banana. And, thinking about @jbrobin09 's pepper sauce, @Shades-of-Oregon 's willingness to try it, @flowerbug 's and @hdan 's appreciation for Sriracha sauce, whether trying to pronounce the first "r" in that name is necessary, and @Dahlia "tossing" Thai peppers into stir-fries — oh, be careful with those little firecrackers

Inhibitions against me wasting ingredients has really messed up my experiments with fermented/cured foods. I've tossed everything from attempted pastrami to sauerkraut. Even beer – Dad had to be in charge of beer making even if I was in charge of gathering ingredients. As soon as I tried it myself ... compost addition

I was successful only with the very simplest of wine ingredients and, that might have been the reason. Simple. But, the final product, big deal, huh?
