I am drinking coffee with my cat on my lap and the rabbit is in a cage in the kitchen. I decided too cold outside later today and tomorrow for her. The cage is kind of small but she is fine. The temperature is -5 with wind chill of -15. I am not sure the lowest temperature the rabbits ever went through but the hutch used to have more rabbits and put out a little body heat and young. I only have one left and when I went out to get hr this morning she was not in the back where it is warmer, so she probably would be fine all day, but it is just going to get colder and I do not want to go out there and deal with it. I think tomorrow it is going to get down to wind chill of -25.

DS feels better and went to work this morning. I think DD and kids are over their colds and I am feeling back to normal. I went to Joann's with my gift cards and just loaded up on fabric. They have a really good sale on right now. I got some yarn and I think I will be sitting by the fire for the next 2 days crocheting. My office/sewing room is not that warm when the temperature gets this low.

We brought our bunny indoors yesterday too, and she is appreciating the warmth of our basement. It's comfy for her, and as you mentioned it also means we don't have to go out in the cold several times a day to check on her. ;)

Coffee is ready. I got feed yesterday, it’s all put away. And I got 2 compressed bags of pine shavings. I’ll put the pine shavings in the sheep shelters. Just a few days of sub freezing weather, for Texas, it’s awful. We just aren’t made for extended freezing weather.

I have been home for 2 weeks now. I hope you are well soon.
Of all the things I had to do to breathe and clear my chest. Making up a little quacamole with red onion and garlic, seemed too have killed off the last of this, what ever it was.
It lasted three weeks.

Hopefully you will get well soon!

If stevia doesn't work out, you might want to try monk fruit sweetener. For me, that is the only no/low cal sugar alternative I've tried that doesn't taste "off", or have health and/or digestive consequences.

And I love dried cranberries in either hot or cold cereal, in place of raisins. A daily portion of those is especially helpful for men, to mitigate prostrate issues.
I have never heard of monk fruit sweetener, i will look this up.

I have used coconut sugar or honey in my coffee but stuck on brown sugar for my tea.
Agave sweetener is good in cakes along with honey and brown sugar
