Hopefully all will go well tomorrowFinishing up 2nd cup of coffee at the computer.
Yesterday I had a physically taxing PT session, but G said I was doing an excellent job!
I guess the bar is low, with age considerations. Still, G and R (other PT) are rooting for me.
They both know that I will get a surgery date for my left knee on Tuesday, and then they will set up pre op PT for my Left knee.
(I am now writing like Dickens!)
Funny, my old printer is not hooked up to print but making "I will print now" noises.
Sounds a lot like the Expedition Files that we watched last night about a mid 19th century photographer who photographed ghosts with client photos. The one inexplicable one was the Mary Todd Lincoln with ghost photo:

The only plausible explanations for the other photos was partial glass plate exposures, then reusing them.
I had yogurt, then a slice of leftover pot roast in a sandwich, which I shared with Eva, and ate with today's coffee.
I love lemon grass and ginger tea.French toast with Asian pear and orange slices – 1st breakfast and I'm up late. Dreaming I was back in a medieval setting discussing defensive measures. I think that I have been reading too much about Viking invasions.
An oolong tea with orange zest ... claim on package DD brought from Boston is "orange blossom" but the ingredients show only the peel. Flowery, certainly, I like it!
Looking at this new Everleaf Lemon Basil. It's in quite a few seed catalogs: Johnny's, Osborne, Fedco, Harris ... I like lemon basil especially for baking with fish. But, I'm also interested in what it might taste like with other things in a tea. Citrus flavor is a favorite and there are several herbs with some of that zestiness but I have not found many that make a good tea, by my tastes .
Trying a new lemon basil, with its other expected usefulness, makes sense. Like trying lemongrass in the cup when you know that you are gonna be happy with it in chicken soup, one way or another .
I too tend to get dehydrated overnight in Winter, so usually start with a pre-coffee coffee when I wake up. That might even be followed by a second coffee (post-pre?) if my motor stalls - which it often does. Retirement has its pitfalls. Then a diet shake mocha, whenever I get around to breakfast.it is strange but some days, even in the middle of winter, i still enjoy a glass of cold water when i wake up, it does get pretty dry in the winter so rehydration i suppose. after i'm awake a bit i can think about breakfast, but i might then forget about it until noon or later.
