Companion beans, peas vs onions, garlic??????

Setting the growth problems aside that may exist between Alliums and Phaseolus, Onions and Beans, if the only problem was Onions giving the Beans an Oniony flavor, that would usually be good! Especially if they were VERY strong Garlics growing right near Beans that'd be used dry for Chile!

There I go thinkin' again. Sorry about that. I'm only HALF Neanderthal, Lol!!!

Too bad my Gophers are attracted so much to Alliums! Otherwise I'd be looking for the strongest variety of Garlic available. There's a guy on Baker Creek's facebook page, Poul something, who has just about the largest collection of unusual Garlics.
