I'm going to pick up several cases of Fuyu persimmons from Harry & David growers. Overstock. I love Hachiyas, but they dont' have those.

What will I do with so many fuyu? Please?

Eight hour drive. You could be here tonight. They are throwing them away. And 325 lbs of choc peppermint bark too

I'm taking 6 cases to the Senior Center on Monday. I dropped off 4 cases to the Grist Mill in Eagle Point OR for their last fundraiser today. And I got the remaining case of pineapple

I forsee a Christmas baking theme! I never dried them or froze them though so I wonder?

They are going to the dump on Monday. Such a shame. I've already eaten two today. Tasty.

I would compost them if you have a pile. They are very dense with the good stuff.
