I've recently (about 2-3 weeks ago) started red spanish garlic (hard neck) in a hydroponics setup in the house and these guys are already close to a foot tall.. Since it took me close to 6 months to get these garlic I'm going to ensure I've got sufficient quantity to perpetuate them as we move forward and just grow 2-4 heads worth year round since it's fairly warm and I can grow inside or out. At some point I'll take a pic and post here..
