I did put the crawfish heads in a wheelbarrow and rinsed them twice - I'm glad I did - should have seen the spices that washed off! I left them to dry on a screen last night and will crush them up tonight when I get home and add them to the compost.

P.S. - I'll send you some etouffee! :lol:
I just drooled all down the front of my shirt.

Of all the states in the union there is no other that appreciates good food like Louisiana. Must be the French influence.
