Creamed corn.

Anyone willin to share thier process and recipe fer makin creamed corn ?
My aunt made the absolute best creamed corn for about 70 years o' her life and she swore she would take her process and recipe to her grave......she did.

I have a tool for it somewhere, but I never can my corn, so I've never used it. We pretty much do the on the cob year round. Sorry.
