If this is evolving to a discussion about herbal tea, I'd like to recommend bee balm's sister, anise hyssop. Hummingbirds probably like anise hyssop just as well, although it isn't quite so pretty as bee balm. It has a lovely licorice flavor and is great in combination with lemon verbena! Steve
