Here in the way out PNW are in the middle of a draught. The banks are getting a little wiser on their vacant bank owned homes .... most of our so called "landscapers" and / or " lawn servece" operators came to this country illegally from South of the border. They did as little work as needed for landscape survival, then sent overbloated bills and received checks from the bank. Properties llooked so so. The banks finally got a little wiser , so now require the " lawn service " companies to take photos from all sides of the serviced property when they first arrive then another set of photos with workers in the photos atually doing the work and another set just prior to leaving. Amazing how these properties have transformed in their appearance from before this requirement to now. Hint, HINT NYboy !
