Dehydrating Herbs

Put little bird cages over them. My cat is sneaky and does the same. Dollar store recycle stores have them so many different styles. Keeps his lil mits of my plants.

I was working in my basement pantry (which is a small room, really) and discovered that I had naturally dehydrated two pie pumpkins. Reminds me of finding a dead critter all dried out and flat in the barn, under something.
