DH Having Open Heart Surgery

Prayers that everything goes well today! One day he will thank you for being so pushy!

He is in recovery now. Surgery went good, he came through with flying colors. They let me see him for a few minutes. He was still knocked out. They will start waking him up at 3, will let me back in from 4-6. He'll be in ICU for a couple of days, then go to a room.

He told me this morning that he always prays for a long healthy life so he can enjoy his grandbabies. I told him, here's God's answer. He's showing you what you need to do to live that long healthy life.

Every time I miss a few days on TEG something happens! I so very glad to hear that DH is doing well. Now...

There was sliced brisket and potato salad. I ate every bite.

When is your stress test? You listen to me Missy! What's good for the gander is good for the goose too. You've been under a lot of stress lately and a simple check-up wouldn't hurt. We don't want to lose you either.
